Fitbit Snap button sangria broke (glue?)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I appears that the glue that attaches the button snap came off my wristband and I've lost the snap rendering the wristband worthless. The sangria strap is different from other inspires in that it's a button and not a notched/standard watch closure like all other straps.

Is there anyways to just get the snap replacement (and glue I suppose?) rather than buying a whole wristband? Is there any chance this is covered under warranty? This does not seem like a good design. I got the fitbit in Sept 2019.

Hi @tejota I think it should be covered under warranty.  Contact Customer Support and see if they can help you.
