The app on my iphone keeps looking for the Inspire, but does not seem to find it (they are next to each other). Notifications alos spinning their wheel.
I have re-set the Inpire, twice.
I would like to close the App on my phone, then re-open, but can't find out how to do it.
Is there anything else I should do?

Thanks for the details regarding your Inspire.
I don't know if you are still having difficulties with your tracker but could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.

I deleted and re-installed the Fitbit App. It seemed to resolve the problem.
