Fitbit Inspire HR has no sound on my mindfulness sessions that I play on the Fitbit app

@slmorris05 I hope you are doing fine.
I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using and Android then make sure that your Fitbit app has all the permissions it needs by going to Settings > Apps > Fitbit.

Cleared the apps storage force stopped logged out and rebooted android. Powered up, logged back in still NO sound on mindfulness videos or any how to videos..

I have had the same problem , I the downloaded the app on another device and have exactly the same problem. I spent about an hour chatting to customer support, but each time I had to reboot the phone or uninstall the app, the chat was obviously stopped and I had to repeat the process. When I said I was having the same problem on a different device I was told someone would be in touch with regard to the warranty!
