Hi, I bought the Inspire 2 three months ago. I always was able to daily monitor my heart rate (by hour) in the Fitbit app. However, since a couple of days, I'm not able to daily monitor my heart rate in the Fitbit app anymore. I'm still able to see the daily heart rates until March 18 and after that I can't daily register any heart rates. The device itself does register my heart rate (I can see my current heart rate at the device while working out) but nothing is registered in the app by day and by hour. I already deinstalled and reinstalled the app and checked if it monitors "around my wrist" instead of "clip" . Do you know a solution? Thanks!

Thank you so much for the steps you have already tried to resolve this issue, and for confirming that the device is not On Clip.
The issue seems to be with the Fitbit app. Therefore, I would like to confirm if you have any pending updates for either the app or OS of your cellphone since both of them need to be at the latest version available.
If everything seems to be up-to-date, could you please confirm if you are able to see the HR title on the Fitbit app and how it looks like? Is it showing just dashes instead of a measurement or is it actually not there anymore?.
