Phone app with InspireHR only shows calories. No steps, no sleep, not heart rate, nothing useful. How do I change it?

Let me help you with your missing data from your Inspire HR. It sounds as if your device isn't setup on your account. This would explain why all the data is missing from the app. Please setup your Inspire HR by following these instructions. If this isn't the issue please share a screenshot of your Fitbit app and describe what you are experiencing with it.

There are no instructions at the site you sent me too. What that site basically says is to connect to my account using computer, phone, etc. In any case, the fitbit suddenly decided to work on my phone. Still cannot connect it using my computer or Ipad. Anyway it works with my phone, so good enough.
