When I had a Charge 2 it used to show on my app the amount of steps I do with an ongoing count

 

This is not visible on the app since I changed to an Inspire HR

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not showing your Inspire HR steps. Not sure what it is happening as your app should show your steps regardless of the device you have set up on your account. Make sure that your tracker is properly setup and also check the tile isn't hidden by tapping the edit button. Finally you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persists please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account.
