Fitbit app removing steps from inspireHR

Fitbit up to it’s old tricks again. 
Had around 11,000 steps on InspireHR, opened app, app wouldn’t sync so I tapped “sync now” and sync began. When it finished syncing, the app had reset the steps on my InspireHR to 5,xxx steps (whatever was on the app before sync began). Lost over 5,000 steps! Not the first time it’s happened!

I understand your having syncing issues. I did notice that you posted this same question under the Inspire Forum as well. I’m moving this post to coincide with your other post. Multiple posting is not a preferred method on the Fitbit Community. It can cause confusion receiving help from multiple sources. Please remember this for further posting.

yeah thanks for nothing! Is this a Fitbit problem or iOS app problem?? Post it somewhere so it will get fixed!!
