This sounds really stupid but I cannot figure out how to view the time of my runs in the Fitbit app on my phone. I log the runs by starting a run on my watch, and when I finish, I stop it and view the summary on my watch. These workouts get recorded and when I sync my fitbit to my phone, they are synced in the app. When I go to the "exercise" tab in the app, I can see my walks and runs. The walks show the time spent walking, but the runs do not. I do not run with my phone, so the run pace and distance are off, and I just want to track time. If I click on the workout, it will show a time in my heart rate zones tab, but these times are incorrect/different from what was shown on the watch when I finish my workout. How do I view the same times that are displayed on my watch when I finish my workout?

Hey there, @louisemsloth! Welcome to the Family.
All questions are allowed here and I'll be glad to help you out to find the answer to your question. Thanks for explaining how you're tracking your activities and where you're checking that information on the Fitbit app. It called my attention that you're getting different stats when after syncing your Inspire HR.
Have you tried to force quit the Fitbit app? You can log out and log back in too. It might help to refresh the data.
Can you also check if those stats are different from the Fitbit.com Dashboard on the browser? You can go to Dashboard > Log > Activities > Activity History. If you can send a screenshot of this information, it'd be really helpful too.
I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hi @YojanaFitbit, thanks for your help.
The problem does not seem to be that the information in the Fitbit app is different, but that there is less information available. I've attached a screenshot of the information I can view for a run I did on June 24 in my app. This shows the distance, pace, and the period of time spent in different heart rate zones. However, it does not show the actual time that I was running (30:04 minutes).
In the Fitbit.com dashboard, that information is available. I've attached a screenshot of that here as well. What I want is to see the time that I was running (i.e., when I started a "run workout" on my fitbit and when I finished it) on the app. So I want the app to show me the 30:04 time. Thanks for your help!
