Hi,I’m having the same problem! I’ve been running the same route which is 6.8km,but the last few weeks when I do the exact same route it’s clocking at 4.2km! My HR is definitely set in km! Very annoying! Anyone come across this problem? Thanks

@Jarlo Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

It seems that it is showing the numerical amount in miles but the units in km. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this change the settings from km to miles, save and sync then change it back to km.
