Fitbit app shows no internet connection

I have had my Inspire HR completely set up and working for over a yr. Now on the app it says there is no internet connection and i have looked everywhere to reconnect and am unable to find it anywhere. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and with not internet connection i can't do and thing and i have internet and wifi access.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app showing no internet connection and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. It could be an issue with your phone's permission settings. You can try the following:

  1. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  2. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  3. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Thank you i deleted the app and removed my device then added it back and
now is doing good.
