My app on my phone was working this morning when I logged my weight for today. But I haven’t been able to log anything else since then. I want to log my food and water but nothing happens when I tap on it. I have restarted my Fitbit and turned my phone off and on several times. I don’t want to lose my data.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issues. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
