Fitbit app very glitchy on my iphone

For the past few weeks, my app is having problems on my iPhone. It looks like it’s going to sync, but it may or may not show my sleep time. When it does, it often won’t let me click on the sleep section to go to that page. Once I finally get to the sleep page, it won’t carry over the data and essentially freezes. I close the app and reopen, but then I just get a white screen. It has been very frustrating.
