Fitbit autorecognised swimming inccorectly

My fitbit autorecognised my 3 am study/writing session as a swimming. It says I was burning 4kcal/min for 61 mins during this "swim". Is this normal for fitbit to recognise mental effort? Does mental effort even excert extra calories?

Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Welcome to the forums @Lineage1995. I'll be happy to assist with your recorded swimming session.

Fitbit doesn't record mental efforts. I recommend restarting your tracker and checking if this happens again. You can delete this activity and this will correct your calories.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
