Fitbit calculating chill out couch time as sleep

For the past few nights, my fitbit Inspire  HR  has been calculating when I am watching TV as sleep and messing up my results.  How can I change this or adjust a setting so that it does not do this.

Or do I just take it off when I'm watching TV?

Hello @AlvaroDionisis and a warm welcome.  Chill out couch time gets mistaken for sleep because of how your Fitbit "decides" when you are asleep.  Your Fitbit decides that you are asleep when your wrist doesn't move for an hour.  Once I got a two hour "nap" while reading a document online at my desk.

If you want to edit your sleep, tap on your sleep tile > tap on that day's record > tap on the ellipsis (three circles) to get to Edit Log pop up.  You can edit the details there.
