Fitbit customer service not accessible?

My Inspire HR screen went black and won't restart. Not even when plugged in and holding the button for 5 seconds. The Live Chat link is not working and the only other option is a twitter page?  Is there an email address?

 

I've had this device for 5 months and starting at 2 months, I have issues with the screen going black. It's happening more and more often. It used to just shut off for awhile and then come back on its own. Then if I plugged it in it would come back on. Then it would only come on if I had it on the charger and held the button down for 5+ seconds. Previously, the screen was black but it would still charge, still track steps, still vibrate with reminders for me to get up and walk, and still sync. Now it won't come on at all, it won't charge and no signs of life, won't sync. I've had this for less than 5 months. Very aggravating for a such a spendy little gadget. Please advise
