Anyone else had this issue? It seems to have occurred after my latest software upgrade to IOS 15.
The dashboard is showing mobile view rather than full screen view.
Numerous calls and emails have been entirely fruitless.
I have tried:
i have now been told there is no fix and nothing can be done. Which is a problem as I can’t see the screen properly. They have refused a refund as device is over a year old.
i think this is shocking. If as I suspect it is an issue between Apple and Fitbit over the latest upgrade, then it needs fixing pronto, otherwise the poor guys in Colombia who man the phones are in for a lot more calls like mine.
lt would be helpful to know of others experiencing this.

@EchoOscar , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and feedback.
I'm not quite sure to understand your situation.
Do you want to see the Fitbit app dashboard in the iPad or Phone?
Or are you referring the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?
I'll be glad to wait for your reply

The Fitbit display - that is the stats etc on the app on my IPad - is now a third of the size of the iPad screen. It is mobile phone sized. Before I updated to iOS 15 it was full screen.
