Fitbit dead in less than 2 months?

My fitbit doesn't respond to anything. It doesn't respond when being plugged into my computer or in a wall being charged. I press the botton and nothing happens. I hold the botton down (for well over 30 seconds) and nothing happens. Like nothing I do does anything. I can't even change the clock face because it can't synch to my phone. I had an older fitbit and it worked great for over a year. The only reason I replaced it with this one is because I lost it when it fell out of the band. I got this type back in March and this past August, the same thing happened and Fitbit replaced it with this one around the end of August. I'm going to let this one sit on a charger overnight and see if that does anything but yall are making me not want to waste my money on a fitbit. I've had 3 fitbit products and 2 of them have turned out to be duds.

The bold above stands out to me. Its best charged on the Computer

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

So I've done both and I currently have it plugged into my laptop and nothing has happened. It weird because when it started to go, I was wearing it. First the touchscreen stopped working so I tried to change the clockface and reset it. I was able to change the face and reset it a few times but the touchscreen still didn't work. Then a day later the screen stopped working but it could still vibrate when the botton was held. A day later it did nothing but then synched to my phone at like 12am that night and it was plugged into the wall and said the battery was at 100%. The next day it did nothing after I unhooked it and I let it sit so it's been about a week since I even touched it. I figured I would let it sit and maybe let it go since people were having issues with the time change and maybe let the battery drain or something. I plugged it in last night and alterenated between the wall and computer last night for about 20-30 minutes at each trying to see if it would do anything and I got nothing. If you're not suppose to plug it into the wall, they should really advertise that more. I looked on my app and under the instructions for this particular model and it doesn't mention wall vs computer.

It states both on the link to the best charging practices and in the manual online that you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger...so I don’t believe it’s true you can’t wall-charge! You just want to use a UL-certified wall-charger, and the lower power, the better.
