First time, with so much excitement, i started setting up fitbit. Firmware was updating, and fitbit had more than 90% charge, and after 30 mins or so, nothing happened. Fitbit doesn't turn on, phone doesn't connect to fitbit. Tries recharging, restarting, all sorts - it simply refuses to turn on. Please help

Thank you, it just frustrates to incur the shipping charges myself when this is a brand new fitbit which is not working by no mistake of mine, at the very first time setup.
