Hello everyone,
I just got my fitbit inspire HR brand new out of the box. After plugging it in my pc to charge it was working fine and connected wonderfully to the app. But while it was updating to the new firmware the little loading bar on the inspire screen disappeared and everything went and stayed black. My phone at the same time lost the connection.
Now I tried charging it through my pc but it won't turn on and have tried charging it in a wall socket for a while now but it still won't turn on. It doesn't seem to respond.
Has anyone else experienced this?
