Fitbit inspire HR just keeps vibrating randomly

My Fitbit inspire HR won’t turn on and it’s been plugged into the charger for a long time it just keeps vibrating randomly what should I do??

Thanks a million for reaching out to report the issues with your Fitbit Inspire. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. I'd suggest to restart your Inspire HR. Then give it a try for another day and if you notice this is acting erratically again, please let me know so I can request a ticket for you.

1. I have an inspire hr and it will not stop buzzing it is on charge and still will not turn on. What should I do? Any help will be amazing.

My Inspire HP is doing the same thing. Every now and then I see a smile face but nothing is happening- even the green light on the back in not on. It won't charge either. Please help.
