Hi, can anyone help me?
The new Fitbit was successfully paired to my phone, I charged it to 100%, left my phone in the app, it started updating.
The downloading step was normal.
However, after 2 hours waiting I noticed that on the screen it was still showing installing with a progress bar. I checked the wifi, and the battery, they were all fine.
After waiting for another 2h, there was no change on the screen, so I turned off my phone, and tried to restart the Fitbit.
I followed the restart instructions, after pressing the button for 7sec the screen turned black again. However, there was no smile icon or any vibrates. And the Fitbit has no response to any operations(charging, restarting).
Our research team bought 30 Inspire HR and I've updated half of them already, so I really don't know what happened to this one.

@AlexFeng Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working after a failed firmware update (it wasn't the restart but that the firmware wasn't completely installed what most likely affected your tracker) and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I would like to ask you to restart your tracker again and immediately retry the setup process.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi, thank you for replying!
But I'm sorry to say that it's not working.
I can't restart the Fitbit now.
I can’t tell if it’s being charged now (both the screen and the green light on the back is not on),
I tried to press the button for 5sec with the cable magnetically connected, but nothing happened.
