Fitbit inspire HR synchronizes but doesn't show data

When I synchronize my fitbit to my phone, it says that it is synchronised but it doesn't show me data of the past couple of days. 

I've tried reinstalling the fitbit and restarting the fitbit.

Hello @Marloesdh, thank you for your reply. 

The data should be stored in the Fitbit device, since Fitbit devices record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days and can store daily totals for up to 30 days.

Hello @Marloesdh,  welcome to the Community forums, it's good to see you around for the first time. 

Thank you sharing these details about your information not being updated in the Fitbit app after you sync. It's possible the Fitbit app wasn't updated to the latest version available, in order to update, you can follow the  steps listed here

If the tracker is syncing, the app is updated and you still don't see your information displayed, please try to logout from the app, restart the phone and log back in, then check if you can see all your information properly displayed in the Fitbit app.

Thank you for respoding

 

After four days of wearing my fitbit but not seeing the data on the app, it came back. So now I can see alle the data again but lost data for four days... Any way to get this back?
