Fitbit inspire HR touchscreen not scrolling properly

I used to be able to swipe up and down to access my alarm and other functions- now when I do it it only scrolls through my stats (steps, hr, etc). Is this a setting or how would I fix this.

Good luck on your issue. I have now gotten three Inspire Fitbits after complaining that none of them scroll down. All I ever get is the time and the battery life. Last time I posted I stated that I was done with Fitbit, it's a waste of money. I was sent without my asking, another Inspire and it did not work either.

Are these tested before they are sent out?

I’m not sure... it kind of seems like they make them to break... I’m in my 2nd inspire hr since May. My 1st one got replaced once the battery straight up died.

Interesting - mine have never worked properly and I have had three different ones. I do like the Zip but, of course, they no longer make it. Ebay wants about three times what the original price used to be for a Zip.
