Hello,
I loved using my fitbit and my favorite feature is its ability to track sleep. The last time it worked was before I slept. I assumed it was just on low battery because it was 19% the night prior but, charging it didn't work like it does before. There was no display, no vibration, and could not connect to my phone. I thought my charger gave up so I bought a new charger but as before, it didn't work. I've read the manual and took care of it properly. I'd appreciate some assistance, and thanks in advance.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for checking the charging cable. Not sure if this is charging issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
