Hi I'm a new Fitbit owner and im struggling to get my Fitbit going on the app. Can someone assist? Is this a compatibility issue?

Let me help you setting up your new Inspire tracker. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. Please follow these instructions to set it up and these instructions to sync your tracker.

Thanks so much. I managed to set it up n it's now functional . One of your members from the community stated he cleared all devices from his bluetooth. I did the same and worked pretty well
