My mom is having the same problem with her Motorola phone. I tried to connect the fitbit to my Samsung phone and it worked instantly but for some reason it won't sync to her phone
It worked for us now. I dont know Which of the two made the difference but we both restarted the phone and un-installed and re-installed the app and then it worked
Thanks everyone for answering my question. But yesterday when I was trying it suddenly got connected to my mobile's bluetooth and everything is set now but still sometimes it's experiencing problem syncing to my device.
