Hi guys, brand new to fit bit and activity trackers as yesterday was my first day with the inspire hr. Taking some getting used to, however I have gotten my fitness score today and I’m told im
in the “fair to average” fitness range for my age (20). However it’s playing with my mind..I exercise every day and have done for a few years..solid cardio and boxing sessions with some weights in there too and sauna. I was sure I was at least in the “good” range for fitness if not higher. Does the Fitbit need time to get to ‘know’ me or whats going on here guys..thanks.

Here is some more info on the cardio fitness score:
What is my cardio fitness score?
I think one of the factors used is resting heart rate, which can vary at first and take a few days to settle down.
And, as you can read in the above link, without doing a few GPS 10 minute runs, it is really just an estimate based on your weight, resting heart rate, and other physical statistics. I would guess your own perception is probably as accurate as Fitbit's number, at least at the beginning. But then you can watch how your score changes, regardless of how precise it is.

Ok thank you, clears it up. So I shouldn’t take it as fact but rather give the Fitbit more time to adjust. And it is more than likely accurate..Did you mean that?
