Fitbit inspire device not showing.

When I went to try to scroll on the Fitbit Inspire it would not scroll. It is registering on my tablet. The only way I can view anything is on my tablet. I can not on the Fitbit. It shows the time and date but will not scroll for me to see anything else. It is charged and had been working just fine until this morning.

Hello @Snowball_51 and a warm welcome.  Fitbit's first troubleshooting step is to restart your Inspire

  • Connect your Inspire to its charging cable in a USB port or certified USB wall plug
  • Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds, then release
  • When the smiley face appears, your Inspire has restarted
