Guys after updating the new iOS software for my Fitbit app my inspire hr touch screen stop working fitbit couldn’t help me out and didn’t send a replacement because the watch is out of the 1 year warranty Just had the watch 1 year and 4 months so they told me all they can do is give me 25 percent off my next Fitbit watch purchase unbelievable like I want a new Fitbit I want the one I have because I didn’t cause damage to it and it should work so I decided to let the watch die completely then plug it and I did a reboot on the watch (setting )which is new On the watch and also did a reboot by pressing the button on the side for a couple mins till that smiley face comes out
hope this works for anyone have problems with the touch screen after installing the new Fitbit app update because Fitbit customer service sucks and this will be my last watch I purchase from them

After calling you guys and no one could help me with this inspire hr not being able to scroll on the screen. I let my watch completely die then I plug it and the touch screen started working again then I did a reboot in the (setting) in the watch which is new now ,and I also did a reboot with the side button till that dumb smiley face comes out now the watch is like New and working
I had to figure this out on my own unbelievable customer service don’t know Fitbit products
