Fitbit inspire hr monitor not working

My fitbit HR monitor keeps jumping up to 105-125 when I manual check my heart rate it’s around 63, I’m currently sat on the couch doing nothing.

How do I fix my Fitbit

Hi @Ridgey13, I hope you're doing well!

 

I would try a reset to see if that helps.  Just plug your device into your computer as if you were charging it.  Then hold down the button on the left for about 10 seconds.  You should then see the Fitbit logo appear signaling a successful restart.
