Fitbit inspire hr won’t display anything but date...

When I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, it won’t work as the 4 digit code doesn’t show on display..only the date will show...so now I can’t even reinstall...need help!

Hi, @scuzami , have you tried the Restart procedure:  

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.

 

Sometimes you need to repeat this 2 or 3 times to get the device to restart.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Thank you for this information...it worked! The only problem I still have with it is that it doesn’t let me pair with iPad or iPhone....will keep trying. I was using another fit bit while the Inspire was down...my Alta HR and  it paired with no problem...if you have suggestions, please let me know...
