For the past week I kept getting an error message on my phone that the fitbit app stopped working. I have now noticed that the last time my fitbit inspire uploaded my steps was Aug 25th! Nothing since. It shows on my fitbit but no where else. Did I just loose a week of steps? How can I fix this? It shows I have the most up to date version.

Hi @Maidenwolf It sounds like your tracker has not synced for a week or so. It should hold up to a week of data, so if you can get it to sync the data might still be on the Inspire
Try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it and log back in. Restart your Inspire several times and try syncing. If it still doesnt sync have a look at THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
By the way, what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Go through every step in the Help Article I linked above. If nothing works and it still wont sync you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
