Can anyone help. Please. My Fitbit inspire hr won't pair with my android phone. If I go to my Bluetooth settings and try to pair anew device, if it finds the Fitbit (not always) it then fails to pair. I have other devices paired so it's not my phone. I've restarted all devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app with no success. This means, at times, I'm missing vital emails as my  Fitbit does not vibrate on my  wrist.

@muff13 , A warm welcome to the Community!Thank you for your message an efforts. 

Please keep in mind, that the Bluetooth Connection between Phone and Inspire HR is managed by the Fitbit app and not the Bluetooth menu on the phone.
