Fitbit inspire won't turn on or take a charge

It won't charge! It suddenly went dead and the battery was not empty. I can't do soft or hard resets because it won't turn on. I've tried multiple chargers and outlets. It's less than a year old.

I would like to know if your Fitbit Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Fitbit Inspire for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hey Kevin, I'm having the exact same issues you are. I called their help number and they're setting me up with a replacement through the warranty pretty easily!
