I've had my fitbit inspire for about a month and all of a sudden today it wknt track my steps , everything else works fine but it says my steps are at zero.
Mine has done the same thing a couple of times. Usually it eventually will sync, but today it will not. My Inspire has not tracked steps since 7:15 yesterday morning and tracked no sleep last night. I am sorry I have so suggestions to correct this.
Hey , I ended up contacting support and they instructed me to restart my device and after that it worked just fine. Just plug it in and hold the button down until a smiley face shows up on screen. I hope this helps
