Fitbit is frozen (stuck) on the time.

As of yesterday, my fitbit Inspire HR no longer allows me to see anything but the time.  When I touch the face of the watch to see how many steps I've walked, it doesn't give me any information beyond the time.  I've tried to restart it, but it seems to be frozen at the time.  It does nothing.  Help.

Hi @sonjo,

 

What exactly did you do when you tried to reset it?  It needs to be on the charger, plugged into a computer, and the button on the side needs to be held down for 10 (I think) seconds.

I had it on the charger and held down the button on the side for 10 seconds, several times. It did not work.
