Fitbit is frozen

Hello I was wondering why my Fitbit inspire is frozen and I can’t swipe up or down.

Hello @Scarryer 

 

Try restarting your Inspire 2. Just place your Inspire 2 into its charger then press down and hold the button on the Inspire 2 until you see a smiley face icon then release the button. You will feel the tracker vibrate letting you know the restart is complete. 

If the issue continues try changing the clock face by going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

Thank you, this helped me restart my Fitbit. It has had a blank non responsive face for 3 days even though it was still syncing with my phone app. Thanks to you it is working again! 😊
