Fitbit never works after warranty is over!!

I have been using fitbit since 2012 and I have always had to buy a new fitbit every year once I was out of warranty!! It's crazy. My last fitbit I had gotten it when I was in UK and guess what happened that died after my warranty too. I got a l more than two years out of that one.  I really wish there was a fitbit that lasted. My first one lasted years before it self destructed.

Hi @MsMissy2  many Fitbits do last past the warranty period, but you don't always have those people return to tell the community about it. I've had family, friends and myself with Fitbits lasting well over two or more years. The Ionic was voluntarily recalled, so maybe it's time to return it for the refund?
