Hi
My Fitbit Inspire 2 has stopped pairing and syncing with my Huawei nova 2i ever since I update the Fitbit app to 3.53 on December 6th 2021.

I have tried all suggestions but still no change. When setting up the device from the app the fitbit gives the pairing code but goes no further. My phone can find the inspire 2 but can't pair. It works fine on my sons phone. Is there anyway to go back to the earlier update otherwise my fitbit is useless to me

@Glenysm if it works fine on your sons phone, log into your fitbit account on your son's phone, now set the Inspire 2 up to. Fitbit account.
We do not set a tracker up to a phone, we set the tracker up to a fitbit account.
Now on your son's phone, log out of your fitbit account, remove your tracker from the phone's Bluetooth.
Open the fitbit app on your phone, you will notice your Inspire 2 is setup. Now if it doesn't sync, we have a no sync issue

Hi @Glenysm you say that it then asks for the fitbit app to be loaded onto the phone.
You should be setting up your tracker through the fitbit app that is on your phone.
Once the tracker is setup and added to your fitbit account, the fitbit app will paint the tracker to the phone.
If trying to pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth you will be instructed to use the (fitbit) app.

Have you tried clearing on the phone, the fitbit apps cache or data.
The "use the app" message usually appears on the phone when trying to pair through Bluetooth. You did write that it won't pair.
