Hello. So my Fitbit had issues with the touch screen not responding to touch or tapping. I changed the clock face and restarted it multiple times. Last night I put it on the charger and left it there. Today I picked it up and it doesn't even turn on or synch with my phone. This is getting annoying because this is the 2nd Fitbit I got since March and I've had this one about 1.5 months because Fitbit replaced my other one for the same problem. I'm a vet student who averages anywhere from 2500 - 20000 steps a day. This newer one still looks brand new but is having serious issues so I don't think it's a wear and tear issue rather a software issue.
