My Fitbit won’t track my heart rate zone on the GPS map after I have tracked a walk or run. The heart rate monitor works fine but it just doesn’t track it to the map. When I click on the map it says ‘not enough heart rate data available’. I had the Alta HR and assumed this was just broke somehow. I bought the inspire 2 HR 2 weeks ago and it does the same thing! I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It’s all up to date and so is my iphone?
please help ive tried everything ☹️

Additional info:
the time in heart rate zones also does not show. However this does work for workouts? It only doesn’t work when using GPS tracking? My Fitbit is brand new this should work?

Hey, I am having the same issue with the Inspire 2. If not tracking exercise you get full data, but if you use GPS on a run you don’t get heart rate zones (which is the most useful info I think out of them all).
I was looking at a thread from 2019 on this just now - so seems to be a long term issue with the Fitbit.
what is the news of a fix?

I am having the same issue and have confirmed that location services is enabled when using my Fitbit. I can view average BPM and a bar chart with my time in heart rate zones after starting an exercise from my Fitbit device directly, but when I start the exercise from my iPhone app, the middle "Heart Zones" button (located between the "Default" and "Pace" buttons above the route map) does not display the heart rate zone data, and instead states at the bottom of the map, "Not enough heart rate data available". Is this intended to work? Thank you

Hi Wilson, is there any update on this issue? I have the same problem on my Inspire HR. I recently got a new one - my runs tracked correctly on my previous Inspire HR.

I’m having the same issue with Inspire 2, everything is up to date, how has Fitbit not fixed this for months and provided no updates?

I too have exactly the same issue. I’ve only had my Fitbit since Christmas and it’s been playing up since the day I got it!

Any update on this as it seems to be affecting all Inspire 2 users?

Same here with Charge 4. I’ve tried everything. Discouraged to see the age of this post and lack of support offered in almost a year 🥺
question: I “start my workout” from the Fitbit app, not the device itself. I’m now wondering if this glitch happens when it’s the device only gps and leave the phone behind? Either way this kinda stinks

I recently bought the Versa 3 and am having this problem. Has there been a fix that I'm not finding?
