Fitbit recording driving as steps

I drive a school bus all day the fitbit is tracking driving as steps. Its tracking about 6000 steps a day when I am behind the wheel? Is there anyway to fix this?

You can remove the steps manually, but since you're driving at least twice a day all week, that might be a bit much for you to do. Have you considered using the clip option for the Inspire 2 to see if that makes a difference? You could also put it in a pocket to see if that reduces the number of driving steps.
