hello.

my Fitbit screen is stuck on the Fitbit symbol with the letters ILVMJYIG below it and then below that is the number 001. I haven't been able to use my Fitbit inspire hr for about 2 months now due to this issue. the other issue I've had is that it often shows a smiley face after I hold down the side button for a few seconds but then the screen always fades back to black again. I'm really upset by this because I was hoping to use it for the up and coming cross country season.
