Fitbit shows time only -- swiping and pushing button does nothing.

The unit simply stopped yesterday. It seems to be charged, since the time is correct, but no other functions are available. Swiping or pushing the side button does NOTHING.  Is there a solution?  Thanks.

Hi @nclady519  Try restarting the device several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.
