I'm having the exact same problem. I updated and when I opened the app this morning, it said I was not logged in. When I tried to log in, it said Fitbit is not available.
And it is not possible to update on the website.
The play store has an email address for them, but an automatic reply told me it could be two days before they get back to me. What I don't know is if 2 or 3 days (or more) worth of information is being held in the cloud until they fix it. I don't want to lose the information the watch is gathering.
I wish I knew how to delete the last update.

I found that I didn't have any updates available so I never updated the device...Initially my problem was that this morning I was getting a sync error and then it would get stuck in trying to sync and would not get out of that loop...I then I logged out to see if logging back in would solve the problem, it wouldn't let me log back in...
Clearly the new update that fitbit just released has a problem...hopefully they get this resolved quickly..

Now able to log back in and fitbit is back to syncing...haven't received an update notice and think I'll wait a few days before doing that! LOL

There is now a bright pink message at the top of this page for me saying they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Since since yours is working, you give me hope that mine might be.

I can log in now, but it is not syncing. Maybe it will work if I try later.

It's working great now. Synced everything I've done since late last night.
