My Fitbit started freezing today and I tried troubleshooting it and it won’t turn back on and it’s frozen still but the sensor is still flashing but it’s not letting me see the screen.

I'm having the same issue.  And now the fit bit is so hot to touch, so I just took it off the charger.  Very frustrating as I've only had it for one year.

I'm having same issue for 2 days. It's tracking  steps still tho because I just did the sync. I can't  get screen on so no water mode to track swimming. 😫   I put on charger n it shows the level of charge but not the lil panda time or steps.   I tried the hold a few seconds on both sides. And take a few times on screen. NOTHINGS WORKING.  Anyone get theirs on yet?! Wondering if it was an upgrade that did this?!

No I still haven’t gotten mine to work and I’ve tried the whole entire thing with troubleshooting but nothings working. It is still taking my pulse and my steps as well but nothing else and it does say that it’s fully charged on the app as well even though I haven’t charged it since it stopped and went blank.

You have to reset it while it's on the charger. Once on the charger hold both sides for 5 seconds! Turned mine on!

Not mine.  I took off charger n it did turn on but went to sleep mode options and now it's stuck on that each time I plug in to try to get it back to the basic main screen.

I put fitbit on charger and pushed side button at same time. Got a smiley
face that means it's restarted. All is okay...for now!
