Hi, I’ve just been given a Fitbit Inspire. Trying to set it up, it won’t turn on when tapped. And no, holding the button down for 5 seconds doesn’t work. My phone also couldn’t find it via Bluetooth. Help please!

Hi @Sylvbass It sounds as if it might be faulty. Return it to the store if was bought from or contact Support.

Same thing. Problem is the stores are closed during the Covid19 lockdown, and this is a gift. Not a great first Fitbit experience. Thought it was just me being new at this. Can't get it out of setup screen. ☹️

I encounter the same issues too. Then i realize the fitbit device is actually not compatible with the phone i use to pair it with (Samsung Note 10). So i try to pair it with another phone which as mention from their website as a compatible phone (iPhone 6S). And it works. I guess you will need to check the compatibility first.
