Hi

I have my fitbit inspire about 6 months and it just stopped working. It works fine while it's charging but once I take it off the charger the screen goes blank. I tried cleaning it and uninstall and reinstalled the app but still haven't worked. Is there anything else I could try,?

I am so glad I am not the only one. My fitbit is still tracking and syncing to my phone but will not display anything or vibrate unless on the charger. Its like 8 months old. I've attempted a reset, as well as changing the clock face. All of which have not worked!!! Helpppp!!
