When I try to connect my fitbit to my phone, it took me to the app which I downloaded. From there I tried to log in. It doesn't go past the user verification page. There's no toasts saying I inputted a wrong password or email, I've reset my password to see if that was it. It hasn't changed.

Have you tried to log in on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
If so what error message do you get?
What phone and OS version are you using?
