Fitibit Syncing Steps into Apple Health in Advance

My Fitbit is syncing steps into my Apple Health in advance. What gives? I have already accumulated 800 steps tomorrow. I’ve walked apparently 35 steps 7 hours from now. This is very confusing. It’s bad enough that

my Fitbit isn’t registering how far I’ve actually walked today (says .3 when it’s been 1 mile), so it’s important to me that my Apple Health Is accurate.

@Anna_M34 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your step data showing in the future. As far as I know there isn't an integration between your Fitbit account and Apple health so if you are using a third party app to link them please check the settings for those apps. If you refer to the Fitbit app itself on your iPhone then I suggest you change the timezone, save and sync then change it back to the correct one, save and sync. You can also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Let me know how it goes.
